KEY EXPERIENCES
Volunteering and trainee Experiences
1)Policy Making
From 22nd june to September 2011, i was worked in the SWC(Social Welfare Council) Lainchaur Kathmandu is the policy making level and this is under the Women, Children, and Social Welfare Ministry. SWC monitors, planning , Evluation of The International NGOs and National NGOs and strengthens the local NGOs and provide welfare funds with proper policy recommendation to Government of Nepal. I worked in different section of SWC Eg. Planning section, Evaluation and Monitoring Section, INGOs section, Administration section and the Evaluation and monitoring team.


2)Medical setting
from 4th November ,2oo8 to 7th march 2009 I was placed as a trainee in medical setting BAS (Bramasthani Awarness society ) Kalanki and Maharaj Gunj Kthmandu in my first semester.BAS is formed for the needy and poor people from out of the valley. BAS works in the government hospital on the help desk with voluntarily.

2)HIV issue
From 1st April to 22nd August as trainee worked in the Community Welfare Centre(CWC) in a HIV setting with grass root level, Thapathali, Kathmandu in my second semester. CWC is the Community based organization which works in the
grass root level with prevention HIV.

3)Child Issue
From 2nd November to 9th April 2009,I was worked in the Child issue Child Centre ,Naya Bazzar ,Khusibu ,Kathmandu,Nepal in my Third semester. It works in slum’s children to teach and providing nitrous food. This is community based organization to work slums children.

4)HIV and drug advocacy issue
From 22nd june to September 2010, i was worked in the NAP+N(National Association Of PLHA,Nepal) Maharajgunj Kathmandu is the HIV and drugs advocacy for their right. NAP+N is HIV positive people initiated organization. This advocates for the PLHA in Nepal. I worked in You CAN project of NAP+N.

5)Environment issue
I was worked as a founder member of SICDN, Nepal for environment protection.This organization works in the awareness raising in the public.The awareness campaign in Colleges of Kathmandu with presentation and forming ECO-CLUBS.

6)juvenile justice and prevent crime

I worked in juvenile correction Home as a trainee for 6 month and UCEP Nepal. I worked as a social worker for the juvenile in Correction Home with volunteer.


Employment Experience
1) Boarding teacher:
I worked in different organization and clubs in childhood. From 2005 t0 2007 I worked as a boarding teacher in the post of vice-principal in Jumla district. I From four year (from 11st april, 2006 till now) I am working as a Classroom in-charge and tutor in St. Xavier’s Social Service Center, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur.
2)project Coordinator:
I worked in Youth Concern Forum as a program officer. it was for awareness raising campaign in the rural village, Tatopani ,Tamti, Dillichaur VDCs on the issue of health and sanitation to poor village.
3)President of SICDN( Nepal
I m the president of social integration for community development was established from young BSW students from karnali region and other rural parts of Nepal. we are working on the rural child protection for the child right and community development project. we worked in Environment protection with providing skill in the community level.

National Conference on Demystifying Development in Nepal: The Social Work Agenda, 9th and 10th September 2010, organized by the Nepal School of Social Work (joint initiative of Kadambari Memorial College of Science and Management, Nepal College of Development Studies and Tulsi Mehar Memorial College) with the collaboration of different organization. Kathmandu, Nepal.

2. Workshop on implementation of Kathmandu Declaration and Worst form child labour ’, 20th February, 2009, kathmandu, Nepal, organized by CWISH and child related organization in SANSA Hotel .

3. Interaction Program on reducing child lalour and program of child involvement in policy making and media conference, in World Trade Centre ,Tripureshwor.

4. Organized the CHARITY SHOW for the Differently Able Children
5. Participated in different program in different times organized by the different origination for different purpose.

1. Evaluated the Organization with the SWC’s Evaluaton team the Najraeth Society Baluatar .

ORGANIZING EXPERIENCES
1. Organized the session on Migrants and Refugees: Two sides of the same Coin? 10th september, 2010 during the National Conference on Demystifying Development in Nepal: The Social Work Agenda, 9th and 10th September 2010.

2. Sensitization and Orientation Program on Sexual Minority, 22nd august 2009, Kadambari Memorial College, Kathmandu.

3. Organized different awareness programs in different issues while working as trainee in different organization.












CAMP EXPERIENCES
1. Neighborhood Camp
As an academic requirement I went to S Nuwakot , VDC with the classmates and faculty of a Kadambari Memorial College for a Neighborhood Camp in first year with the help of the Local youth club. There we stayed for seven days and did study about social-economic, migration,sanitation ,old age,mortality rate,and cultural condition of the VDC andapplied PRA tools accordingly and also did study about the different problems faced by the people of the VDC of the Nuwakot.

2. Rural Camp
As an academic requirement I went to Dolakha, Gairimudi VDC with the classmates and faculty of a Kadambari Memorial College for a rural Camp in second year with the help local clubs. There we stayed for nine (12th –19th September 2010) days and did study about social,migration, and economic condition of the VDC and also did study about the different problems faced by the people of the Gairimudi, Dolakha. And we also did study of the Cave , herbs, and Dhunga Khani, turist place of Gairimudi and Jiri as well.
3. Urban Camp
As an academic requirement I went to India for a month with classmates and faculty of a Kadambari Memorial College for Urban Camp. In India we visited different industrial cities and social work institute and different NGOs and did study about different types of urban problem and about people effected with the tsunami. We visited , Chennai, Trichy, pondechery,COlva, and New Delhi.
