What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

I am not satisfied with helping make things a little better. I want to transform things - to do something profoundly effective for the situation as a whole.

Through studying the various spiritual arts I found a central principle that can be applied to resolving problems in all areas of life and society. Now I am putting that principle into practice, and teaching others how to use it.

There are so many organisations out there already doing good work. Rather than doing more of the same I have decided to support other organisations with their work. So I created the Community Development Federation to bring together develoment workers and organisations for assistance with fundraising, training, management etc.

World wide federation - at the time of writing we have organisations in India, Sri lanka, Indonesia, Nigeria, Israel, Papua New Guinea, and more.
