Cord is an international organisation working to build lasting peace in partnership with people living and working in conflict, or post-conflict situations.
Cord will contribute to sustainable peace in Africa and Asia through the capacity development of individuals, civil society and governments. It will therefore also invest in developing its staff, promoting innovative practice and learning; and realising its agenda for vibrant devolved regional structures.
The role of the Regional Operations Manager is a support role to the Country Directors, enabling them to effectively manage their programme and ensure that work is delivered on time. The role supports the Regional Director to manage the range of risks: legal, financial and security, as well as to oversee and regional fundraising activities and grants management.
