I am an MBA (Gold Medallist) with major in Management/HRD and over ten years of diversified work experience in program development, management, coalition and partnership building with different organizations like, The Asia Foundation (TAF), United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), Islamabad, & Associates in Development (AiD) Pvt. Ltd., – Pakistan. I have an extensive experience in providing technical assistance to implementing partners in the field of project management, monitoring, donor reporting, and institutional capacity enhancement. Grants Management, external communication and working with relevant ministries and government agencies were also part of my responsibilities. Exposure to projects in complex conditions (FATA, KPK and Balochistan).

Currently I am working as Program Officer/M&E Officer in The Asia Foundation’s $ 23.4 million flagship governance program ‘Supporting, Transparency, Accountability and Electoral Processes in Pakistan- (STAEP) being implemented across Pakistan and to provide supervision and direction to 32 implementing partners, consulting organizations and individual consultants. Before this I was supporting TAF’s projects under “Justice, Peace and Security” strand and supported the BHC funded “Community Policing Project- Balochistan and AHC funded “Alternative Dispute Resolution in NWFP” project. Besides these I also supported a few General Grants (GG) funded projects.

Formerly I worked as Manager Business Development/Consultant with Associates in Development (AiD) Pvt. Ltd. Pakistan, where I provided administrative and technical support in the preparation of Technical & Financial Proposals for a varied range of multi-sectoral projects in the public as well as the private sector. Since my engagement with AiD, I had been working as a key resource person for various projects including EIROP Composite Training Program, DASP, FATA MICS/UNICEF, NCSA and various other Donors’ funded projects. My key areas of interests are Project Management, Social Sector Development, Monitoring, Evaluation & Research, Grants Management, Disaster Management, Institutional Development and Participatory Community Development. My key strengths include a demonstrated capacity to work under difficult and multi-disciplinary work environment. I am flexible to work with diverse nationalities, religions and cultures.
