I am the Regional Coordinator of African Women's Active Nonviolence Initiatives for Social Change (AWANICh). AWANICh is an African-wide Women's Peace organization committed to the promotion of gender sensitive Active nonviolence as a means of transforming unjust socio-political structures in Africa for sustainable peace and social change.

Our office is based in Ghana but we have networks of women civil society organizations in over 36 countries in Africa.
