I currently work as a Project Manager and trainer for TIDES Training and Consultancy in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

I have been involved in Community Relations work for the last ten years and after my initial degree in Mechanical Engineering, I went on to complete an MA in ‘Theory, Culture and Identity’ from the Queens University of Belfast.

I specialise in the use of outdoor experiential learning as a tool for conflict transformation and I have previously worked for three years as the Community Relations Development Officer for the Belfast Activity Centre. I have also worked for the Workers Educational Association, NUS/USI and the Queens University of Beflast .

I has chaired various voluntary cross community organisations and have recently been the recipient of a Winston Churchill Memorial Fellowship.

Enda,

Was hoping to meet with your organization this past September while I was in Belfast...sorry we weren't able to set that up. I was there meeting with organizations to possibly begin some collaborative work on Intra-group Pre-Negotiation training.

Anyway, hope things are going well for TIDES and perhaps next time I'm there, we can set up a proper meeting.
