Profile Information

What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
I am a Journalist by profession and pursued a course in Peace Journalism online in Romania ( Transcend Peace University) and was awarded my Certificate in May 2005.
I am also Press Secretary of Commonwealth Peace Ambassadors ( Ghana). Absence of peace in our society has been the major contributory factor to all the conflicts and war that we are witnessing today. I believe that we have all failed to accommodate each other's opinion for consensus building. We need appreciate other's feelings and accept their views even if they are wrong, and then offer our suggestions by letting them know that even ours may be wrong. That is the way to build consensus for the realisation of peace.
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I have been a Journalist from 1993 to date. I have also been writing for African Review of Business and Technology, and African Farming, all published in London.
I was the Editor of Weekend Voice from 1996 to 1998.

I was Editor of Oak Tree Sports, a weekly sports newspaper from 1999 to 2001.

I was a reporter for the Independent newspaper from 1993 to 1994, an investigative reporter and also was in charge of foreign news.
