Emily Puetz is passionately committed to creating new models of leadership that promote sustainable development and maximize the creative capacity of all the people in an organization or community. Emily holds both her Bachelors and first Master's degree from the University of Notre Dame. She is currently engaged in another Master's degree in Public Affairs and Global Leadership.

She has served education on all sides of the learning continuum – as a classroom teacher, district administrator, researcher, business entrepreneur, and charter school designer. Most recently Emily has trained, facilitated, and conducted strategic planning and leadership development sessions in a variety of organizations seeking to fundamentally change the impact of their work. Her passion for embracing different types of leadership models has led her to work, study and travel all over the world, in Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, South Africa, Zimbabwe, India, Nepal, Thailand, China and Ireland.
