- Elizabeth Holland is a Program Associate working on the international humanitarian law portfolio of the Program. Her duties include management of the Program's online portals as well as research and development of legal and policy materials for training sessions, seminars, conferences, and working groups. Ms. Holland holds a Master's degree in International Studies and Diplomacy, from the University of London's School of Oriental and African Studies. She studied at the University of Paris (Sorbonne) and the National University of Ireland (Galway), and received a B.A. in the Humanities from Providence College.
