Unfortunately I do not have working ideas about IDP , but again I can add up some of experiences about the issue of IDPs in Nepal which is an issue that blurs the line of differentiotion.I hope catagorization of the IDPs based on the source may provide a clear picture with some policy implications.
Sometimes the issue of relocation and prevailing eco political environment attracts more people towards the IDP bracket, this is what I have experienced in Nepal, and I hope, approaching the issue from shifting paradigm will help us understand it better.
I will share more in times..
Thank you again for being my friend.
I am from South Asia, please share your experience about IDPs.
