Currently I am working as team leader of Care Internationa in Hambantota Area office.

According to the current work position, main tasks are as follows;

• Assist in designing projects and strategic plans.
• Supervise and monitor project implementation at divisional levels.
• Develop partnership and networks with partners and communities.
• Staff supervision and development
• Ensure documentation of achievement and project impacts and learning within the project.

Additionally, I am maintaining good coordination with the decision makers & other stakeholders in the district to solve identified issues while I’m doing office administration and Finance activities. I have been working in various community levels such as, vulnerable, ethnic groups, disability community, youth, adults, women and children etc. Further I have good relationship with government and NGOs sector from top to bottom in southern Province. As a result of this, I believe that these relationships and understanding of diverse population and community level will help to implement the project in effectively according to the project objectives. And also, experience of different project activities such as livelihood, Peace and conflict resolution, psychosocial, grassroots community development activities, organizing capacity building programmes, management & administrative activities, coordination and networking will be great advantage to success of your project implementation activities.
