I work in NGO International association interactive open schools- we work with the schools providing them the trainings about innovative methods of work, trainings on how to make participative work in the schools, and empowerment of young people as future active citizen.
I work on the faculty for pedagogy and psychology and I teach many subject and among them is communication in the classes which is directly linked to the conflict resolution between different ethnic and national groups.
