Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I graduated from the College of St. Benedict (Minnesota, USA) with a degree in psychology. I continued to work in this field at the Minnesota Center for Twin and Family Research at the University of Minnesota. My work consisted of collecting and analyzing psychophysiological, behavioral, and personality measures that relate to the development of aggression and addiction-related disorders. While working in Minnesota, I also volunteered with a human rights organization called World Without Genocide. I presented at the local colleges, I wrote short summaries of news and legislative updates, and participated in educational projects. Working with World Without Genocide inspired and motivated me to study peace and conflict issues. That's why I decided to apply for the Rotary Peace Fellowship and study peace and conflict related issues. I am currently at the University of Bradford, UK, studying International Politics and Security Studies.
