What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

My dad was militar and he was involved in wars, interventions, and observers missions, so I have watched the horrors of those conflicts since I was a kid. That´s the reason I want to learn more about conflict resolution in order to prevent conflicts.
