What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
I have a twin brother and a second set of twin siblings two years younger. Perhaps my childhood experiences gave me a deep hunger for conflict resolution...

As an adult, I became interested in restorative justice in the early 1980s because it helped explain why criminal justice failed to address key victim concerns and as a result had a deficient conception of offender accountability.

Conflict Resolution

Advocacy, Capacity Building, Communication
If appropriate feel free to list several of your (or your organization's) publications

Dear Dan, it is a pleasure to be connected to you through this network. Though Eastern Europe and Ukraine particulary is not in your list of expertise, I would like to ensure you that we know about your researches and even published some in Restorative Justice in Ukraine bulletin. Hope one day you will visit Ukraine and meet RJ practitioners from our region!
