What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

As a military officer the onerous tasks in peace and conflict resolution can not be over emphasised. Therefore I find it necessary to contribute my quota to global peace

I am a senior military officer serving with Nigerian Army with 25 years of experience.I had the opportunity to serve in UN Mission in Liberia as the Deputy Chief Comms Officer and as Military Assistant to the Force Commander.
Added to this experience are academic qualifications in IT, Public Admin,Peace Studies from EPU,Intnl law&Diplomacy all at Masters level
Am currently on a Phd Prog in Peace and Dev Studies
