Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
My background as a mixed race, first-generation American sparked my interest in multicultural conflict resolution and transformative community mediation. As the current Program Director at the Asian Pacific American Dispute Resolution Center (APADRC) in Los Angeles California, I believe that community mediation and restorative justice programs are essential for advancing justice and fostering understanding. My specific interests lie in exploring ethical issues around power dynamics in mediation, particularly as they relate to gender, culture and class.
