Over 15 years total, of human rights, social policy research, advocacy work, and teaching experience. Skilled at using both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, and conducting fieldwork. Highly organized program management experience including effectively fulfilling supervisory roles; honed interpersonal, team building and communication skills; well developed problem solving skills; and analytical and strategic thinking.
