Our structure was created in April 2006. The conflict we have observed between the DRC and Rwanda has motivated us to create the structure because it has looks like political conflict was becoming civil one. Since our population will continue sharing the boarder, it's not good to continue maintaining such atmosphere between our two people. So actually we work on peace within our countries in great lake region.

As I said above, our strategic plan direct our vision to the following countries: Rwanda and DR Congo. The experience we will have through these two countries, will help us to disseminate to the Republic of Burundi and Uganda, because if peace is not built there, we dont also expect peace in our countries.
