I'm CEO of the New York Peace Institute (, formerly the Safe Horizon Mediation Program.

Previously, I was a Vice President at Safe Horizon (, where I oversaw the agency's Mediation, Legal Services, Anti-Trafficking, Anti-Stalking, Families of Homicide Victims, and Batterer Intervention Programs.

I'm also an Adjunct Professor at the New York University Center for Global Affairs, where I teach courses on international mediation and NGO development.

I also served as International Director of Partners for Democratic Change (, where I worked to establish conflict and change management centers throughout Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, South Caucasus, former Soviet Union and Latin America.

I received my Master of Arts in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
