I am working as a radio program producer for Equal Access Nepal, a non-governmental organization working in the field of Development Communications for a radio program. I am involved in the production of radio series which incorporates issues about conflict management, reconciliation and peace building issues radio program called Naya Nepal (New Nepal – in English).

I am also involved voluntarily in Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON), which is an umbrella organisation of more than 50 youth organizations across the country (http://ayon.org/ ).
