Feedback Welcome!: Paper on Refugees in the European Union

Posted on June 10, 2010 at 10:30am 0 Comments

Hello,

I am in the process of writing a paper on the EU's asylum policy. I am looking specifically at asylum applicants who are living in destitute conditions in a homeless shelter in the small and densely populated Mediterranean island-State of Malta.

The paper covers a broad range of topics from "spaces" such as refugee camps; language; human rights; securitization; to EU legislation and its implications on stateless people.

I have posted a link to the draft… Continue

Hi bobby Excellent skills and specialization.Tell me if you are on face book.
i am on face book.
http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000095253942
i am development student, consultant and practitioner from Pakistan.

At village level in my native city supporting and organizing small CBOs and youth in complicated situations.
I am working as free lance consultant in development sector for organizational and individual capacity building of newly established organisation especially.
Soon I with some of my friends am going to launch a plate form organisation for working more effectively on our aims.
I have working experience in diverse cultures and communities of NWFP, Sindh and Punjab in urban and rural areas.
My views;

Development:
Not just infrastructure,Reserves, high economy but values of attitudes also which actually sustain the development. Social capital is the real capital and fellow human's pain consciousness is the real development.

Leadership:
A leader is person whose vision take his people according to ability to see, decide and act. Its just like a person is sitting at a higher tree and telling the people below the scene and situation around.Personality's Moral and character strength's graph determines the graph of peoples's believe in leader.

I believe that youth can work like fusion process for horizontal and vertical social uplift and change. So I want to be part of it.I am already working in this sector.

I believe to spend the life with some Nasb-ul-Ain not just a biological living.I want to play my best role in my life not in Utopian concept but Believe on change and improvement through intervention and we will have to work for it.

I Love three principals of Sufism.
1.Rabt
2.Zabt
3.Khabt
it's what one should have while in pursuit of goal and Nasb-ul-Ain.
I am going smooth and energetic on my goals and achieving.if your inner passion and power of interest is enough strong you will never feel stuck but an inner light will take you ahead.
