- What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
- well am doing my Post graduation in conflict analysis and Peace Building and am really interested to serve to the serve the people who really need the help i come from a place (Afghanistan) where my people really need the help so that made me to be involve in conflict transformation and peace building course.

- I am Baseer Ahmad was born in Kabul Afghanistan in late 1987 did my schooling say primary schooling in kabul. went to Peshawar Pakistan did my rest of schooling there. i have worked with the Ministry of rural rehabilitation and development in Kabul. i got the chance to study in india through the ICCR scholarship where i did my bachelors and now i am following it up with masters in conflict analysis and peace building.

- well my expertise have been limited mostly in the regional countries such Pakistan , India , China , Iran and little on Untied states of America
