What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

I motivated to work for the field in Conflict Transformation
after seeing the people suffer from war in my countrey.Bombs are blasting every where,people live with uncertinity.Hundred thousnds people were displace even now also,they suffered not having even their basic human needs.

I Bandu Sajeewa Meepage am'a graduate in Peace and Conflict Resolution(honours) in University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka.And holds a diploma in Coaching for conflict transformation and peace building initiatives.

Presently iam working for a GTZ programme called FLICT.Facilitaing peace work for small NGO's and CBO's.My main duty is suppot for the Partner organizations who works under the good governance.
