Im a lawyer specialising in Employment law. I mediate employment disputes from time to time and am trying to get more involved in the area of mediation with the intention to eventually mediate conflict between communities (peace mediation). I have been mediating for about 3 years now but i think i require a lot more experience in this area. SA does not present alot of opportunities for mediation but it is a growing field.
so i look to people loke yourself to draw some information on best practice and all.
