Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself or the work of your organization (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I have advocated for the abolition of capital punishment and commutation of death sentences in North Carolina. I have presented information to Boone, N.C.’s town council about the global trend towards death penalty abolition. In addition, my varied leadership and volunteer experiences, ranges from program coordination of an Alternative Spring Break trip to member recruitment for Appalachian's Amnesty International chapter, have helped me become proficient in dealing with the public and working under pressure.
