Salut Berthes,

Bonne chance
Alphonse

globalization is responsible 4 the clash of civilisation and infact instead of calling it globalization we should term it americanization.

Globalization does not value cultural relativism. Especially when methods of production must respond to the culture of "global market". Remember the concept of "orientalism" as opposed to free market? Of course the definition of free market, the way we want it, is far from what Karl Marx saw it.
Proletariat and bourgeoisie translate opposed cultures in this definition. Now if we transvase that relationship to the discussion Nord vs South or West vs East, globalization is then viewed as an imposition of global culture and change in local identity.

and what bout this globalisation and cultural conflicts? Is it a question of identity?
