I am currently the Programmes Manager with the ACTION Support Centre (ASC). ASC is the Africa regional hub of a global network called ACTION for Conflict Transformation and collaborates with organisations and individuals working in the areas of peace and conflict.

Before moving to South Africa, I developed and managed a pioneering mediation service for a London-based charity, which promoted social inclusion, prevented family conflict and reduced youth homelessness.

Managing a global non-profit resource called Mediation World keeps me updated with news and policy developments; connected and contributing to a unique global network.

I have experience in workshop facilitation, field research, proposal writing, mediation, organisational fundraising
