What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

At IOM we are currently working on peace building initiatives. Although I do not work directly in this departement, I provide technical support whenever required specifically on the phenomenon of human trafficking and how forced migration can contribute or fuel human trafficking in view of the vulnerabilities experienced by the affected populations.
