Joseph: Hope you're enjoying Tbilisi-- there's plenty of conflict in the Georgian area, but not sure what you're working on. And of course, your R and R after that will be Baghdad!! What are you doing there? An interpreter friend who has worked there all year tries never to leave his compound. Another colleague has been working in Erbil with some encouraging grass root building results. My only recent international work was doing a brief "conflict resolution" training in Freetown Sierra Leone with staff of the UN Special Court there... most of the group were support staff for victims and witnesses of the horrible civil war there. Where do you live in the States? What does your son do with the NYPD. Best, alan

Thank you for accepting the invitation. Your work sounds very interesting. I'm headed to Tbilisi this evening for the month of September, and then from there to Baghdad for the month of October. I am available by email and look forward to hearing more about your work, as time permits.

I noticed your profile included work on mediation in NYC. I was attracted to that given my son is police officer in NYC.
