What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

I believe that all the eath need for it survival is PEACE and acceptable mechanism for Conflict Resolution

I am a Nigerian and a graduate of Educatioanl Administration from University of Lagos, Lagos Nigeria. I am working with the Nigerian Prisons Service as a Correctional Superintendent and also running a Postgraduate Degree with the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg South AFrica in the field osf Secrity Management.
I have 2 children and i am a Christian by religion.
