Mr. Ahmed Abdirahman Herzi, is a Ph.D. in Islamic Economics , University Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) and (MBA) Master Of Business Administration in General Management from University Selangor, Malaysia (UNISEL),he is senior Islamic Economics Advisor and Quality Management “ Sukuk or Islamic Bond” and independent researcher Mr. Ahmed Herzi brings over 7 years of “Sukuk or Islamic Bond “ Quality management, Project Management Community development ,Monitoring and evaluation, peacebuilding and good governance experience.Mr.Ahmed Herzi also poses great leadership skills including spearheading work with multiple –disciplinary teams; program and project management and contract negations , he is also proficient in result based management ,integration of government polices into development programs ,strengthening institutional relations, policy analysis strategic thinking in communications.
