What motivated you (or your organization) to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

we are play our role of conflict resolution in local government & community on different s issues of community it is honor for me we resole conflict
suppose few days ago in our area local formers & sugar mill owners in heavy conflict on sugarcane rate after that we were start advocacy after that sugar mill owners were agree on direct talks with stakeholders

Possessing 13 years, broad ranging public sector administration experience gained within an ever changing environment. Managing general office procedures, dealing with customers and high volume workloads whilst meeting strict deadlines. Possessing wide-ranging “problem solving” experience mainly within management, finance, personnel, and I.T. Now looking to make a continued and significant contribution for a Department that needs a multi-skilled, multi-tasking District manager in MSS / within a team working environment
