I'm looking to make the transition from program management into communications and the policy/advocacy realm of international relations.
I'm a mid-level international development professional with eleven years of diverse work experiences in the non-profit, NGO and government sectors.
He brings program management and project support capabilities, currently working as an Associate Program Office with International Relief and Development, providing back office support to a $61M USAID countering violent extremism program in West Africa.
He has performed conflict analysis and has extensive research skills in international development policy. Excellent communicator in both speech and the written word: demonstrated by capabilities as a technical proposal writer, direct mail fundraiser and researcher.
In 2011 spent six months in India, working with marginalized rural populations. He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from American University, serves as a member of an international adoption policy group and blogs about South Asia.
