RESOURCES FOR EMPLOYERS
The PCDN Network is one of the premier sites in the world focused on international development, peacebuilding, humanitarian relief, social entrepreneurship, international affairs and more. The membership of the site is over 25,000 and includes many leading practitioners, policymakers, and scholars with over 20 years experience to more junior candidates and students. The network reaches over 180 countries and is a wonderful resource for recruiting.
POSTING OPPORTUNITIES
Posting jobs/internships is free, but for organizations that are not paid members (for more on membership see below), we do suggest a $35 payment (a payment can be made directly or PCDN can provide an invoice). A paid posting will also enable your posting to be sent to all members of the PCDN network via a blast email. NOTE, we only permit posting of opportunities that fit the PCDN criteria, we reserve the right to not accept inappropriate postings. It is more efficient to join and organizations can also search through the member database to find top potential candidates. For more on how to post see the Guide to Posting.
Employers may also appreciate the meta list of Key Job Sites in the field that provides an overview of other top recruiting sites.
SEARCHING FOR CANDIDATES
Anyone can perform a basic search. To do an advanced search, you need to be a member of the site, then click on members, advanced search (it is possible to search via keyword, area of expertise, years of experience, sectoral expertise, etc.) To contact potential candidates click on the members profile and send a message. For more details see the Guide to How Organizations can use the Network.
WHAT IS A PAID MEMBERSHIP?
A paid organizational membership can benefit your organization in several ways. First, financial support helps to support and grow the PCDN network which has become one of the premier international affair networking sites in the world. Second, although posting of jobs and other materials is free, we do recommend organizations consider paying $35 for job postings. For paid members postings are covered and paid members are also eligible to have their job postings sent via a blast email to all 25,000 members. Third, PCDN can provide some technical assistance if needed in searching and identifying potential candidates for openings. NOTE, we only permit posting of opportunities that fit the PCDN criteria, we reserve the right to not accept inappropriate postings.
The organizational membership payments are recommended as following (per year). Again this is optional, but the benefits of being a paid member and helping to support PCDN are immeasurable.
Organization: (NGO, University, Private Company): $200-$500

Please consider Paying What You Can to help PCDN grow. We encourage you to consider any amount from $1 and up. Read the SUPPORT page prior to making a payment to see PCDN's impact and how your payment will help.
By using this site you're agreeing to the terms of use as outlined in the community guidelines. Please note individual requests for funding or jobs are NOT permitted on the network.
