Poverty is the main cause but other important cause is the acceptance by us as a labour.Law & Govt. are doing their own duties.But as a responsible citizen of this world we should stand up ¬ allow anybody to use these small siblings as a labour.

Comment by peace on May 20, 2011 at 12:22am: all poors do not sell their children, all cultures do not sanction slavery, therefore understanding child labor from cultural perspective can help.
