Al-Mubadarah (Arabic for "taking initiative") is an independent international NGO devoted to developing a global platform for Arab development and strengthening professional ties in and between the Arab World and its Diaspora through innovative human and institutional capacity building programs.

The development of Al-Mubadarah is a significant and necessary development to engaging the Arab Diaspora to become motivated, empowered and personally vested in development throughout the Middle East.

Al-Mubadarah calls on global Arab communities to work in cooperation to create a multi-level and multi-disciplinary approach to development and civic engagement, to encourage financial, professional, and personal reinvestment of Arabs into the Arab World; and foster leadership and build professional networks in and between global Arab communities.

Reversing the Brain-Drain- Reinvesting & Capacity Building in the Arab World

--- Fellowship Placement Program: Recruit and place talented Arab Professionals in institutions in the Arab world. (We take care of all the administration-- we just need your time, energy, professionalism and willingness to live in the Arab World for 1 month/ 3 months/ or 1 year).

--- Online Mentorship Program: Connecting Diaspora mentors with local host organizations in the Arab world to identify mentees. Program differs based on partners and industry.

4. Capacity building support for local NGO's operating in MENA.
