The Sankalp Volunteer Program is a movement to empower and facilitate young innovators to participate in the enterprise-led impact movement and provide the competitively selected youth representatives with the experience, connections, and global perspectives necessary to empower them to assume leadership roles in the impact sector.

Twenty highly motivated and enthusiastic volunteers, from around the world, have the exclusive opportunity to support the convening of one of the world’s largest summits – the Sankalp Unconvention Summit, focused on bringing together development actors to build more inclusive economies and societies. This year, the annual Summit will be held on April 9-11, 2014 in Mumbai, India.

As a Sankalp Volunteer, you will have the opportunity to interact closely with Industry stalwarts, participate and contribute to global debates and discussions and also

  • Get complimentary access to the three-days of the summit including all knowledge and networking sessions
  • Interact and assist in hosting more than 80+ speakers from across the globe
  • Support 25 high-impact social entrepreneurs in India who will showcase their innovations to a global audience and leading impact investors as Sankalp Finalists 2014
  • Network with more than 1000 delegates including start-ups, mentors, incubators, investors, funders, and  get a deeper understanding of the sector
  • Contribute innovative ideas to create a unique delegate experience

The program is open to individuals who have a keen interest in inclusive development/ social entrepreneurship/impact investment or mid-career professionals curious about this industry who believe they have the expertise to contribute to the success of the Sankalp Unconvention Summit 2014 in a meaningful way.
