Dear Sir,

I would like to express my gratitude for the project that you have aired. I am currently working for an organisation called Women Of Peace Development Forum which is based in Zimbabwe and has been working with local rural communities with the aim of uplifting the welfare of women, children and youths.

We are interested in receiving more information regarding this project.

Thank you for bringing this proposal opportunity to light. Our organization, ZanaAfrica (www.zanaafrica.org) would definitely meet the criteria listed. However, we are in process in both the States and Kenya for our 501(c)3/NGO status. In the States, we are currently a company registered in Delaware and have our EIN number and are waiting for our 1023 approval. In Kenya, we are also a company and have submitted our paperwork to be registered as a Foundation. Would we be allowed to submit an application, or would we need to wait until the final approvals for either or both have come through? Many thanks!
