This is a very good course especially for Ugandqa professionals now that the end of the LRA war and ADF is coming to an end. It will be good for the fellows of this University to address post conflict issues in Uganda and look at friendly policies to address security related matters in Uganda and the great lakes region. I will apply for this course and interest others to be part of this course.
