Dear All,

We at ANPeJ are planning a one-million-man peace march/parade for September 2011 to coincide with the World Peace Day and we are inviting His Excellency Mr. Ban Ki Moon, the Secretary General of the United Nations to observe the procession in Nigeria.

In recent times, Nigeria has had its fair share of needless ethno-religious cum political conflicts which have led to untold destruction of property and human lives. We are using the parade to sensitize the world and Africa about the consequences of conflicts and the urgent need for peace and reconciliation tempered with social justice.

Please, we would be needing ideas from you especially those who have been involved in matters like this on planning and organization including logistical matters and so on. Freely give your inputs and we shall remain grateful to you.
