Is there a connection between these issues, at the micro and macro levels? In theory and in practice? If so, what is it? What are the implications for policy formulation; for conflict prevention, management and resolution; for inclusive security; and for sustainable development?
This is a very pertinent question for practitioners, researchers and academics alike. If you have something to say and share on the subject, this is a good opportunity for you to do so.
Send us an abstract by 15 June and the full paper by 15 July for possible publication in the September 2012 issue of the Southern Peace Review Journal.
