Many PCDN members would be interested in the recent funding (substantial!) made available by the Australian Government for organisations to counter violent extremism.
This is an exciting opportunity to gather creative community energies and engage in peace-building activities. So much inspiring work is already being done by PCDN members in other parts of the world that could inform communities in Australia to build effective programs.
Please respond if you are interested in collaborating on a proposal – but note, the deadline is the end of April!
