 articipate in the organization’s daily activities and programs and p
 rovide assistance to ICNC staff by supporting the organization’s adm
 inistrative and logistics operations. Primary responsibilities and dut
 ies include but are not limited to:\nAdministration and Logistics:\n\n
 Work with Program Associate to conduct a variety of general administra
 tive tasks for ICNC staff \nAssist with accounting and financial trac
 king tasks, such as processing reimbursements for outside contractors 
 and assisting ICNC staff with expense reports as needed\nContribute to
  maintenance of contact database and develop and help to implement fil
 ing systems\nServe in the circulation of educational materials includi
 ng preparing, sending, and tracking packages of ICNC materials and res
 ources for activists and academics as requested nationally and interna
 tionally\n\nPrograms and Activities:\n\nAssist with planning and prepa
 ration for workshops, conferences, events, and other ICNC activities\n
 Assist in responding to general inquiries and requests\nParticipate in
  in-house meetings and occasional events in DC, take and distribute no
 tes to ICNC staff \n\nIII. Additional Qualifications\n\n\nUndergradua
 te student\nCandidate should have a strong interest in the following s
 ubjects and issues: International relations, human rights, democracy p
 romotion, conflict analysis\nLanguages: Proficiency in English and one
  other language is preferred\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Word, Exce
 l, Outlook and PowerPoint required\nCandidate must be detail oriented
